We are looking for a talented, highly motivated colleague with an affinity for graphic designing, augmented, virtual reality and programming.

Tasks:

  • 3D-Modelling and video rendering
  • Web-developing and programming
  • Secure working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Keeping our social media updated
  • Developing content with augmented and virtual reality
  • CRM Management (WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, Hubspot)
  • Keep our website and blog up to date

Your profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing and programming
  • Knowledge of various programming languages (HTML; CSS, C#, C/C++)
  • Have some experience and know-how of augmented and virtual reality
  • Good skills with 3D-Softwares such as Revit, Auto-Cad, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and Blender
  • Well-spoken and articulate (Fluent in English and German – spoken and written)
  • Motivation for working in a young company with a small team
  • Valid work permit in Germany

Office Manager (f/m/d)

Für unser Office in Hamburg suchen wir einen organisierten, hoch motivierten Kollegen mit einer Affinität zu administrativen Themen.

Tasks:

  • Allgemeine Office Tätigkeiten: Postbearbeitung, Telefonannahme, Einkauf/Bestellungen von Büromaterial sowie Getränken, Organisation mit der Reinigungsfirma, Empfang von Besuchern sowie Paketannahme, etc.
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung: Kreditkartenabrechnungen, Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Überblick der zu zahlenden Rechnungen sowie Ablage der Zahlungsbelege, Auslagen und Spesen, Ansprechpartner für unser Steuerbüro
  • HR/Personalverwaltung: Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerbüro, Stellenausschreibungen definieren und posten, Bewerbermanagement, Onboarding- sowie Offboardingprozesse, Betreuung der Mitarbeiter und Studenten, Prüfung von Reisekosten, Führung von Statistiken, Bescheinigungen sowie Verwaltung der Personalakten
  • Ansprechpartner unserer externen IT-Firma, z.B. bei Start von neuen Mitarbeitern sowie Verwaltung des Admin Centers und Hilfestellung der Kollegen bei allgemeinen IT-Problemen
  • Teamassistenz/Schnittstelle zum Management, Unterstützung der Kollegen in sämtlichen administrativen Belangen sowie gewissenhafte Planung von Besprechungen und Calls, Reisen planen und buchen, Erstellung von Protokollen

Your profile:

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
    • Einschlägige Berufserfahrungen
    • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in der englischen und deutschen Sprache
    • Organisationstalent, rasche Auffassungsgabe und Serviceorientierung

    Tasks:

    • Prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
    • Coordinate the production process with the production facility and other partners involved
    • Develop design options in collaboration with the design team
    • Work in close collaboration with the management & marketing team

    Your profile:

      • You have a university degree in architecture (diploma) or equivalent
      • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the building industry
      • Strong in 3D and Presentation softwares including, but not limited to Revit
      • Have knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and Adobe package, Microsoft 365
      • Familiarity with V-Ray, Enscape is a plus (or other rendering softwares)
      • Have a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
      • Have great interpersonal communication skills
      • Keen to learn and develop knowledge and solutions independently
      • Self-discipline and work ethics

      Building/Construction Engineer (f/m/d)

      We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated Building/Construction Engineer with high-caliber design experience.

      Tasks:

      • Perform work which involves conventional practice, but may include a variety of complex procedures or coordination requirements with productions
      • Review production work to ensure they produce a complete set of coordinated and quality control verified documentation
      • Manage and maintain coodo design standards and design guidelines together with your colleagues
      • Serve as an engineering administration resource and bring collaboration skills to dealings with contractors, tradespeople and suppliers
      • Manage and implement quality control processes

      Your profile:

        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
        • 5-10 years of experience in control procedures to technical work processes and work product preferred
        • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office
        • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and with non-technical audiences
        • Experience from prefab modular is preferably
        • Excellent project management skills, able to drive multiple projects and follow through seamlessly
        • Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and be motivated by the opportunity to carve out a unique role in a growing firm

        • Perform financial calculations on pricing, production and sales offers
        • Work closely with our international team of design, engineering, manufacturing and marketing
        • Represent LTG Lofts to go in public on conferences and pitches
        • Travel to potential clients, productions and fairs
        • Scout constantly for new industry trends and potential partners to enhance coodo’s brand value

        Your Qualifications:

          • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business or completed an apprenticeship as real estate professional
          • You have at least one year of relevant work experience in sales, real estate or business development as well as experience with legal aspects, ideally also as a project manager in construction industry
          • You are familiar with CRM tools, i.e. Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar
          • Excellent level of English both written and spoken as well as extensive German language skills
          • Ability to work independent in a flat hierarchy and be self-organized
          • You have interest in design, architecture and new technologies
          • Ideally also a driver’s license

          We are looking for a talented, highly motivated student assistant with an affinity for sales/customer management and preferably experience in the building industry.

           

          Tasks:

          • Support our sales/business development team
          • Maintaining and updating our CRM System (Pipedrive, Zapier)
          • Assisting with all stages of the sales process, including calling, responding, and communicating with potential clients
          • Preparing sales offers, contracts and NDAs
          • Perform market research on the Tiny House industry
          • Assist clients by contacting building authorities when necessary
          • Support our small team wherever you can!

          Your Qualifications:

            • Currently studying in a Business-related degree or in a construction industry
            • Client and service orientated
            • Good skills in Office, Excel and CRM tools
            • Good understanding of business structures (Sales, Finance, Operations)
            • Well-spoken and articulate (Fluent in English and German – spoken and written)
